1. Official Ticket Sellers

Tickets for SBTV 20 are sold primarily through Tixr, the Event's official ticketing partner. A limited allocation of tickets may also be sold through The O2's authorised ticketing channels or other authorised ticketing partners approved by Ernest Promotions Ltd. Tickets purchased through unauthorised sellers may be invalid and entry may be refused.

2. Tickets

Tickets are personal, revocable licences and remain subject to these Terms & Conditions. Please check your tickets carefully upon receipt. Lost, stolen, altered or damaged tickets may not be replaced.

3. Entry

Admission is subject to presenting a valid ticket and complying with all security procedures. Ernest Promotions Ltd and The O2 reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour may affect the safety, security or enjoyment of others.

4. Venue Rules

The Event takes place at The O2, London. All attendees must comply with The O2's venue rules, including bag policies, prohibited items, security searches, photography rules and any instructions issued by venue staff or security.

5. Accessibility

Guests with accessibility requirements should refer to The O2 Accessibility guidance before purchasing tickets where appropriate. The O2 provides dedicated accessibility facilities and booking procedures for eligible guests.

6. Ticket Purchases

Tixr acts as the official ticketing platform for the Event and processes ticket sales on behalf of the Promoter. Some tickets may also be sold through authorised venue channels. Booking enquiries should be directed to your original point of purchase.

7. Ticket Resale

Tickets must not be resold or transferred for commercial gain except through any authorised resale facilities approved for the Event. Ernest Promotions Ltd reserves the right to cancel or invalidate tickets obtained through unauthorised resale channels.

8. Refund Policy

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. Unless required by applicable UK law, no refunds or exchanges will be provided. This includes where you can no longer attend, purchase the wrong ticket, forget to apply a promotional code, or where artists, performers, schedules, supporting acts or running times change. Tickets are sold for the Event as a whole and not for any individual performer.

9. Event Changes

The Promoter reserves the right to amend the line-up, running order, timings or other operational aspects of the Event where necessary. These changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

10. Cancellation or Postponement

If the Event is cancelled or postponed, customers should follow the instructions provided by the ticketing provider from whom they purchased their tickets. Any available remedies will be determined in accordance with UK law.

11. Photography & Recording

By attending the Event you consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded. Your image, voice and likeness may be used by Ernest Promotions Ltd, SBTV Ltd, JESB and authorised partners for promotional, editorial and commercial purposes.

12. Liability

Attendance is at your own risk. Ernest Promotions Ltd accepts no responsibility for personal property that is lost, stolen or damaged. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

13. Force Majeure

The Promoter shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or changes caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, acts of God, terrorism, industrial action or government restrictions.

14. Governing Law
